Meet the Optometrist

DR. PATRICIA BONOMOLO

Dr. Patricia Bonomolo is a board-certified optometrist. She attended the Marist College in Poughkeepsie NY and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2000.

In 2004, Dr. Bonomolo earned her Doctor of Optometry as well as a secondary Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. She trained in Pediatrics at The Eye Institute at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She also had extensive pathology-based training at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Nashua, NH as well as the Southern Vision Institue in New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Bonomolo began her career in New York providing primary care eye care for adults and children. In 2007, she relocated to Cumming GA where she practiced in a corporate optometry setting until 2012. In 2012 she joined an ophthalmology practice where she diagnosed and treated many patients with a wide variety of ocular medical issues. In 2015, Dr. Bonomolo joined a private optometry practice when she realized she would like to open up her own practice and provide one-on-one care to her patients that she has been seeing since 2007. This is how the Optic Owl Company was created. Dr. Bonomolo wanted to provide the best eye care to her patients based on the previous years of medical experience. It was important to Dr. Bonomolo to open a practice to serve the community in Forsyth County that she has called home since 2007.
